These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Dosi AI mobile app and related web services (the "App" or the "Service"). The Service is provided by — ("we"). By downloading, opening or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Dosi AI is an information and organization app that helps you identify medicines from a photo of the box or by name, presents medicine information from trusted sources in an understandable way, gives general information about possible interactions, and offers AI-assisted questions and answers and medicine reminders.

Dosi AI is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and does not replace a doctor or pharmacist. Please read the Medical Disclaimer for details. Make every decision about your medicines together with a healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority in your country), you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• An anonymous guest account is created for you when you first open the App. You can link your account with Google or Apple to use your data on other devices.
• You are responsible for the security of your device and linked accounts. With a guest account, you may lose access to your data if you delete the App or change devices.

3. Rules of use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others,
• Upload other people's personal data or health information without permission,
• Overload the Service with automated tools, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer it or circumvent security measures,
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading or illegal content,
• Copy, sell or commercially redistribute the Service or its content without permission.
